I know it's not new in Internet time, but I didn't find a ton of info about it. So, I've reproduced the step by step instructions with illustrations (only available after you've installed the extension?) and added some other info I found, including here. Enjoy.
Google Chrome to Phone Extension
Overview
Google Chrome to Phone Extension is a Google Chrome extension and Android application which enables you to easily send links and other information from your Chrome browser to your Android phone.
For example, at a touch of a button you can push the Web page you are viewing on your desktop or laptop to your phone to view while on the go. You can also push driving directions from Google Maps to your phone, and even send phone numbers and other selected text to your phone. Learn more about Google Chrome and Chrome extensions.
Does it work on my device?
Chrome to Phone currently only supports Android 2.2 ("Froyo") and later and only works with Google Accounts (not Google Apps accounts).

So, what next? Well, I just installed this and started using it today. I haven't had a lot of time to formulate more of an opinion, but my initial impression is that I love it. I'm hesitant to turn on the "automatically launch links" feature. I like that it keeps the history in case you accidentally close what you were just looking at.
I had to drive up to Social Security office in Miami today. Their webpage included hours, a description of what was nearby, etc. Normally I would manually copy all of that info into a contact entry or enter it into my personal Wiki. I'll talk about that in a future post. Now I just hit one button on the browser window. Very nice.
Oh, there's also Phone2Chrome, an Android app with another Google extension. It requires Dropbox. Fortunately, I already use Dropbox. So, that was easy to set up and seems to work just as well after a quick test.
Enjoy!
Cheers,
